The Banana Stand is a home business specialising in handmade products, primarily Jewellery at present, although the range will expand in the future. We are currently building and expanding our website, so please let us know if you experience any problems while browsing and ordering. We currently sell through our store on Ebid.co.uk, which is free to join. You may also order directly via this website and, provided the item you wish to buy is still available (i.e. has not been bid on on Ebid.co.uk), we can provide you with the necessary details to pay via PayPal, Credit/Debit card or by cheque/postal order (UK customers only). Please note we will need to allow time for a cheque to clear before orders are posted. Postage Charges If you purchase more than one item, we will revise the postage based on the combined weight of the items. All our postage prices are based on Royal Mail recorded delivery, but please let us know if you wish us to quote you for other postage methods. Orders will normally be posted one working day after payment has cleared. Returns and Refunds We are happy to provide a refund for any item if you are not happy with your purchase. Please return it to us within 14 days, in the condition which it was supplied, and we will refund the cost of the item including postage. Please note we cannot refund the cost of the postage to return it to us.
